Canopy Walk is a small neighborhood of individual houses, not stacked units. Each home has two bedrooms, two baths, a garage and generous bedroom suite with walk-in closets. The Important Details
Homes at Canopy Walk are offered on12-month leases, with a standard security deposit. Utilities are paid separately by residents. Pets are welcome, with a deposit. When leased, homes are fully updated and move-in ready.
Availability is posted online. You can check what’s open, see pricing, and apply directly—no waiting lists. Self-guided tours are available during the day through our online system.
Homes are maintained by Commercial Properties Realty Trust of Baton Rouge. Maintenance requests are handled through a widely used app, with quick turnaround times.
